Refund policy
We know shopping online isn't always seamless. If you need to return something, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds cannot be issued for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Refunds cannot be issued for special orders if we have already ordered the stock from our supplier.
*Free returns & requesting a return
We offer free returns for exchange in Australia. This means if you purchase the wrong size, we will cover the postage to return the incorrect size back to us, & send you the correct size at no charge.
Free returns does not cover refunds for change of mind & only for exchange. Refunds will have any paid postage deducted from the refund total.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, unsoiled, free of animal hair & creases, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase of your item.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@tempi.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The original shipping costs won't be refunded and the purchaser will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged/faulty). Orders that received free shipping will incur a return postage charge.
Refunds for postage will not be issued if the customer takes it upon themselves to purchase a label. If you send back an item to us without first requesting a return, you will not be compensated for the postage costs. If`you wish to send a return to us at your own expense, our address is:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
