Shipping Times

Due to the comprehensive range that Maximilian Equestrian offer, we do not hold all stock in Australia. Current shipping times for stock to arrive in our warehouse is approximately 5 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days. 

How long will shipping take when my order is in stock?

All Mrs. Ros items are in stock & available for immediate dispatch, along with the majority of the Maximilian Equestrian stock. Orders with items in stock are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. See below for current options and shipping times:

*Australia Post Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $200 in Australia

Delivery Time: 2 (minimum) to 13 (maximum) Business Days

*Orders under $200 in Australia:  $14.95 flat rate
Delivery Time: 2 (minimum) to 13 (maximum) Business Days

You will receive an email from us when your order is fulfilled along with a tracking number 

 

*Australia Post Express Shipping $24.95 in Australia

Delivery Time: 1 (minimum) to 9 (maximum) Business Days 

You will receive an email from us when your order is fulfilled along with a tracking number 

 

International Standard Shipping 

Delivery time: 6 (minimum) to 37 (maximum) business days

Out of Stock Products

Whilst we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasionally items may be out of stock with our supplier. In this case you will be advised by phone or email regarding expected delivery times. Should you prefer a refund, this will be arranged automatically via the payment method you used to purchase the item(s).

In the event that your ordered item is not in stock in our warehouse, but our suppliers have stock, the estimated time to arrive in our warehouse is 5-10 Business Days.

Incorrect Shipping Details:

Your delivery address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped. If you've made an error in your address please contact us immediately at info@tempi.com.au

Please ensure you enter your delivery address correctly at the checkout. In the event you enter the wrong address we will do our best to help. Tempi Equestrian is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Re-delivery to an address due to incorrect details, or if the recipient is not home may incur additional costs to the customer.
